Getting the kiddos out of the house and to a park is the best way to help them get fresh air and exercise, so with parent permission, of course, I would love to do as much! I am adamant about keeping the kids away from screen-time as much as possible, unless it is the occasional movie night. I have a very flexible schedule, but might request the day/night off every now and then.
