Hi! My name is Karis, I’m originally from Macon, Ga but moved to Birmingham to continue my education at Samford University. I have been babysitting since I was 14 (7 years now!) and I’ve loved every minute of it!! My experience is everywhere from 4 month olds to age 15 including a special needs 9 year old. I’ve attended CPR/AED training courses and am certified in both. I also have been a math tutor in years past (and LOVED it!!!) so I’m open to doing anything of that nature as well. I'm the oldest of eight kids, have nannied long-term for two wonderful families (one with two young children, the other with two sets of twins), and babysit now regularly for several families in Birmingham. I have worked in my church's nursery with our infants, have been a camp counselor to school-aged children at a Christian Day Camp for two summers, and led a Bible study of young girls while I was in high school.
