Hi i’m Arie. Im a senior attending the University Of Memphis studying biology. I have 3 younger siblings (current ages being 10, 7, and 2) and have grown up taking care of them, as well as having consistent babysitting jobs. My siblings live a homeschool life style so I get to spend tons of time with them. Having so much experience with them, I have witnessed how much joy and enrichment less screens and more interaction can bring to a family. I feel that I am able to relate to children in a more personal way due to having much younger siblings, and am excited to bring that energy to your family as well! I enjoy interacting with kids and letting them embrace their creative side. I don’t leave it up to kids to entertain themselves, I like doing things with them and creating personal relationships. I’m all there for hands on activities, puzzles, drawings, spending time in nature, etc. I like to have quality time with kids, with engaged playing as opposed to just over watching. I take the time to build a trusting relationship with kids through intentional interaction, and being a role model for them.
