My name is Millie and I’m a recent college graduate who’s new to the Ridgefield/Vancouver area!I’ve spent the last 4.5 years working at Canopy Village, a residential care facility where I supported kids and teens with a wide range of needs and ages. I love working with kids because it’s rewarding to help them feel safe and understood while having fun.I’m also an aunt to two little boys (currently 2 & 4), so I’ve got plenty of hands-on experience at home too! I’m certified in First Aid and CPR, and I’m trained in trauma-informed care, behavior de-escalation, car seat installation, and safe sleep practices (the ABCs) thanks to regular in-service trainings at Canopy Village.
