Hello everyone, my name is Shaay. I’m 26 years old and have 8–9 years of experience caring for children from newborns to teenagers. My background includes nannying, babysitting, coaching, and youth training, and I truly love the work I do. Caring for children has always been my passion, and I take pride in creating a positive impact in their lives whether it’s through learning, laughter, or helping them grow in small everyday moments.I also have twin godsons whom I’ve cared for since birth, giving me hands-on experience with newborns, infants, and twins. In addition to private care, I previously worked as a daycare teacher for children ages 6–12, managing a classroom of 33 students, and later earned a promotion to assistant director.
