I am currently in the process of getting my certification in Child Life. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I want to become a Child Life Specialist! I started babysitting at 14, and once I started driving, I began working at the YMCA in the childcare department. I did our afterschool as well as summer programs with ages 5-12. I have also worked in the church nursery as well as at a preschool with infants-5 years old. I especially love watching infants and toddlers because of their sweet and precious dispositions! However, I also love working with kids that are no longer toddlers because they’re so fun and energetic.Infants are my ideal jobs. I have so much love, compassion, and patience with them. I have several families that I am lucky to know, and that have given me the privilege of loving on their little one.
