I have several years of experience working with children of different ages through both paid babysitting and volunteer leadership roles. During high school, I worked as a babysitter for a family with three children ranging from 6 months old to 11 years old. I cared for the children for about a year, helping with daily routines, supervision, and creating a safe and positive environment. In addition, I spent 3–4 years running my high school’s Best Buddies program, which supports students with intellectual disabilities and encourages social involvement.
