Seeking a nurturing and responsible nanny in Westlake.

My husband Oliver and I have two girls— Eliana (3.5) and Aria (6 mo). Eliana was born with developmental disabilities including epilepsy (controlled except when sick), hearing loss (wears a cochlear implant and a hearing aid, teaching ASL and AAC device), and low muscle tone (uses a wheelchair/ gait trainer, is trying to stand independently). She has global developmental delay.

We need help Monday and Wednesday from 730-3, but would love additional support T Th F from 11-5.

Responsibilities on M and W would include school pick up and drop off (Eliana goes to school M and W for about 3 hours, (M-Th when the school year starts again, very close commute), feeding meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, bottles), diaper changes and transportation to and from various therapies/ activities (all in home or close to our home). Eliana weighs about 33 lbs at the moment so someone comfortable lifting her/ her wheelchair is also important.
