Searching for a trustworthy nanny in West Linn, OR.

We have a large dog that is very friendly, so would be helpful if nanny is comfortable with dogs.
We are looking for someone that our whole family is comfortable with and can trust. Someone that will keep the girls engaged and active doing fun things like going to the park across the street, playing outside, art and crafts, singing/dancing, board games, etc. There are times where the girls might need help with some homework. Prepare a healthy snack for the girls when they get home from school and then do activities for them. There could be instances where driving could be involved if they wanted to go to the library or to a different park. I do travel for work sometimes and driving to kids activities like piano lessons and sport practices would be needed. We would pay for gas and provide booster seats. We would like someone that helps keep the girls accountable to clean up after themselves and that any dishes used and messes made are cleaned up. Aria does have ADHD and can have big feeling moments when she gets overwhelmed. Someone that is patient and can help her navigate those feelings and find a calm place would be very helpful.
