Assist with sleep training and establish a routine. Knowledge of soothing techniques and ability to handle multiple tasks. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Communicate with parents about babies' progress. Maintain confidentiality. Valid CPR certification required. Reliable transportation. Must pass background check and references required.
