Full-time Live-Out Nanny/House Manager in San Carlos Schedule: MonFri split 79 a.m. & 17 p.m. (40 hrs, guaranteed). Pay: $42$48/hr DOE + mileage; W-2, paid sick/vacation. Role: AM breakfast/get-ready/school drop; PM home reset, snack/decompression, Grade 4 homework help, drive to activities & stay on-site, simple dinners, next-day prep. Family-assistant tasks: dishwasher, kid-laundry (2x/wk), tidy/vacuum common areas, kid-room resets, light errands. You are: warm, boundaried, organized; great with transitions; outdoorsy & dog-friendly; safe, insured driver; CPR/First Aid; ASD/ADHD/anxiety experience a plus. Start: Nov 3, 2025; long-term
