Searching for a trustworthy nanny in Saint Paul, MN.

I’m hoping to find a great match for our family (me, Emmett O., and out 7 year old rescue dog, Solvi Loki) - we recently moved back home from New York, where I had three of the most amazing sitters in the world. They loved EO, helped me through becoming a single Mama, and were a huge part of our little family.

I work full time and am starting a new (pretty intense) job, so I’d love help with pick up from school and dinner to bedtime a few days a week, as well as some weekend time.

Also hoping for some help around the house - not a ton, but some to lighten my chore load - keeping the kitchen cleaned up, maybe grabbing groceries in a pinch, moving laundry to where it goes, and helping with keeping things relatively tidy. As tidy as they can be with a 4 year old.

I’m very limited on his TV intake (none during the school week), and don’t give him any devices. He loves being outside, he’s creative and fun. I’m a pretty laid back mom, but I do try to hold him accountable - he’s smart and seems like a grown up half the time. I don’t spank, try not to yell - I explain a lot and try to use humor as much as possible.

We went through a tough divorce, his dad lives in NY, and visits about once a month. And we lost my Mom very suddenly in August, so there’s been a lot of transition and hard stuff for him to navigate - he’s a trooper. And wise beyond his years.
