After-School Support position available. Assists students with academic and personal development, fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborates with staff to create engaging activities. Provides homework help and monitors student progress. Implements disciplinary procedures when necessary. Ensures a safe and inclusive space for all students. Encourages participation in extracurricular activities. Strong communication skills required to interact with students, parents, and staff. Some experience in education or working with children preferred. Must pass background check.
