I am looking for someone who is kind, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with kids. As a single mom with a demanding career in medicine and military service, I deeply value someone who can help create a stable, warm, and structured environment for Preston — especially during the school week when things are busy.

What I am Hoping For:
• A nanny who brings a calm and confident presence into the home.
• Someone who enjoys engaging with kids thoughtfully — not just supervising, but also interacting, asking questions, and encouraging curiosity.
• Reliability and communication are essential. I appreciate someone who keeps me in the loop and can adapt with flexibility when life occasionally throws curveballs.
• If you’re live-in, you’ll have a private room and share a bathroom with Preston. Respect for space and shared living is important.
• If you’re live-out, we’ll still treat you as part of our team — your contribution is just as valued.

General Expectations:
• Be on time for morning drop-offs and after-school pickup.
• Keep Preston on routine during school weeks (snack, playtime, reading or light homework support, bath or wind-down time if needed).
• Support positive behavior and emotional regulation with a gentle but consistent approach.
• Help tidy up any messes made during your time with Preston. Preston knows to help with this!!
• Optional: assist with light household management tasks or personal assistant-type errands if you’re interested and available for extra hours.
