Nanny needed for adult with developmental disorder. Must have experience working with individuals with special needs. Must be compassionate, patient, and understanding. Duties include providing supervision, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe environment. Knowledge of behavioral management techniques is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality is essential. Position located near Adirondack Community College .
