WHO WE ARE:

We’re looking for the right person to care for our 6-year-old son, who is autistic (Level 1) and has ADHD. He attends both private and school-based therapies and is making steady progress in his skills.

We see his diagnoses as explanations, not excuses, and we work as a team with our caregiver. We’ll make sure you feel supported and confident in your role.

WHAT WE NEED:
* Someone with reliable transportation & a clean driving record

* Strong communicator who is eager to collaborate and partner with us as a team

* Background in education, child development, child psychology, or a related field

* Past experience caring for autistic/ADHD children using evidence-based strategies and techniques


BASIC TASKs

* School pick-up

* Monitor free play and engage in structured activities

* Handle snacks and light cleanup

* Utilize strategies and resources to support regulation/positive behavior and reinforce our family values/rules
