We’re looking for an after-school sitter for our 11-year-old son, Nolan, three afternoons per week (approximately 2:30–7 PM). Nolan is bright, funny, creative, and high-energy. He enjoys sports, video games, and talking about his interests.
He does best with caregivers who are calm, patient, engaging, and comfortable providing structure and consistency. Transitions can sometimes be challenging, so someone who can stay steady, redirect positively, and maintain a warm but confident approach is important.
Responsibilities include school pickup, helping him transition through homework and activities, light supervision, and helping keep afternoons organized and positive. Experience with strong-willed, energetic, or neurodivergent children is a plus. We’re hoping to find someone dependable, flexible, and kind who can build a good relationship with him and become a consistent part of our routine.
