Urgently looking for a reliable full-time nanny in North Hills, CA.

Seeking a dependable, nurturing, and engaging caregiver for my two children. Care will primarily involve before-school, after-school, evening, overnight, weekend, and occasional backup care based on my nursing schedule. My work schedule includes three 12-hour night shifts per week, with occasional overtime and additional shifts.

The ideal caregiver is reliable, punctual, communicative, and comfortable providing both structure and warmth. Experience working with children who benefit from routine, behavioral support, speech development, or asthma awareness is preferred.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Supervise and actively engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Assist with school, daycare, camp, and activity drop-offs/pick-ups as needed(comfortable driving children)
• Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, daycare staff, coaches, and program staff when necessary
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
• Assist with homework, reading, and educational activities
• Encourage speech and language development through conversation, reading, and play
• Support positive behavior management and reinforce household rules and routines
• Accompany children to approved activities and community outings
• Monitor asthma symptoms and follow parent instructions if concerns arise
• Assist with bedtime, morning routines, bathing, dressing, and hygiene as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment during care
• Clean up toys, dishes, and messes created during the shift
• Provide updates regarding meals, activities, behavior, medications (if applicable), and any concerns
