Nanny required for a family with two children in Nashville, TN.

I want someone to become part of our family, and potentially stay long term with us if it turns out to be a good fit for her and us. We’re looking for someone to add value to our children’s life, read books to them, help them grow academically instead of just watching them play; someone that can drive and takes them park or play dates, and etc.

We need our nanny to :
keep phone use limited to emergencies or essential communication while supervising the children.
Follow meal/snack instructions and notify us of any issues.
Bedtime routines should be followed as provided.
Please clean up toys, dishes, and activities used during the shift.
TV/screen time should stay within parent-approved limits. One hour a day

We appreciate sitters who are interactive, communicative, and comfortable following established routines.

In our house we don’t use Yelling, harsh punishment, or physical discipline.
