It’s such an easy and flexible way for college students to make money and make connections with families in the area!
We are looking for a dependable and kind summer nanny in Green Hills for our baby boy from about May 26 – August 13. He will be almost 3 months old when we begin.
Schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule has some flexibility when discussed in advance.
Main Responsibilities
Care will be focused on our infant about 95% of the time, including:
* Bottles
* Diaper changes
* Watching Monitor - Naps
* Soothing
* Tummy time / developmental play
* Washing bottles
Occasionally, during baby naps, we may ask for help supervising our 4-year-old when she is not in summer school (about one week per month). A movie on TV will be fine.
Mom will be in and out of the house, using this time to run errands, clean, or get some self care.
Household Expectations
Child-related help only:
* Bottles
* Children’s laundry
* Any dishes/laundry created during your shift
You will not be expected to do parent dishes or parent laundry. Just help keep things tidy, we understand you are not a housekeeper!
Ideal Candidate
We’d love to find a responsible college student who wants consistent hours and extra income during summer break.
* Infant experience required
* Infant CPR certified
* Dependable and punctual
* Mature and trustworthy
* Strong communicator
* Warm, patient, and engaged
* Own reliable vehicle in good working condition
* Comfortable with one friendly 9-year-old Boykin Spaniel
