Near 37211 family seeking an energetic and creative nanny.

We are looking for a reliable and caring nanny to help with our children during the school year and summer. During the school year, the role would involve picking up our daughter from the bus around 3:00 PM, bringing her home, and staying with her until approximately 6:00 PM. Monday - Thursday. On some days, we may also need help transporting her to activities such as practice or speech therapy, so a nanny who is comfortable driving is preferred.
For the summer, we are seeking full-time care for both of our children, generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (with some flexibility). Responsibilities would include engaging the kids in fun activities and, ideally, taking them to places like the neighborhood pool or park, so driving is a plus.
We understand that this schedule may not suit one person year-round, so we are open to hiring two different nannies—one for the school year and one for the summer.
