In Nashville, TN family in need of a regular nanny.

Afternoons at our house can be chaotic! We might have a baseball or basketball practice, piano lessons, or dance class, and there is always homework to be completed and dinner to be prepared. I’m looking for someone who can multitask in the home. For example, cooking dinner while supporting kids with homework as needed and also staying tuned in to the needs of a three year old. Some afternoons, I will be home and the nanny would serve as a mother’s helper. We would work as a team to make sure all caregiving responsibilities are done. You might be asked to pick up a kid from practice or fold kids laundry while I am helping them with their homework, or it could look like the nanny playing age appropriately with the three year old while I meet the older boys where they need me. My two boys have ADHD, and after a long day at school, they need lots of time to run, jump and play, and supportive supervision to complete their homework. I do work on Monday evenings, but generally speaking, I am looking for a teammate to help me meet  the needs of my kids individually and our family as a whole.
