Duties would be helping with childcare, helping with household upkeep (simple meal prep, laundry, dishes, tidying), and occasional errands, essentially being a second set of hands to keep the train on the tracks and add to the joyful, loving household we've fostered for our kids. Nanny would mostly be at home helping to care for the kids and our home, less adventuring out to parks etc (that would be something we would do with the kids).
