I need someone who is patient and kind, but firm. Both Wade and Madi need encouragement and a routine when it comes to completing their homework. It works best when they go straight to the library or other environment after school to work on school work instead of straight home. Someone who has grown up in a large family or has experience with kids who are adhd is a big plus. Madi Ruth specifically needs 2nd grade math and reading tutoring/ help w homework. Wade just needs someone to keep him accountable to a routine and on task without making him feel like he is in trouble. A sitter/ nanny who can be engaged, listen, and know how to pick her battles is key. Driving will be needed and light clean up/ pick up around the house is great but not required.
