This role is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the household, combining household operations, meal preparation, and childcare support. It includes completing daily home resets, managing laundry and organization, preparing meals and light cooking by following recipes start to finish, maintaining food and supply systems, and providing 8–12 hours per week of calm, attentive childcare. The position also involves occasional errands and coordinating household flow so the home remains organized, predictable, and well supported.
