Seeking an experienced and loving nanny in Marion.

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, nurturing, and safe care for the children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, potty training (as applicable), and managing daily routines and nap schedules.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational, creative, and physical activities to support their development (reading, crafts, outdoor play, etc.).
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to the children’s dietary needs and preferences.
• Handle school drop-offs/pick-ups, extracurricular activities, and playdates (reliable transportation required).
• Perform light child-related household tasks (children’s laundry, tidying play areas, organizing toys, washing bottles/dishes used by children).
• Maintain open communication with us about the children’s day, milestones, behavior, and any concerns via daily updates (text/email/log).
• Ensure the children’s safety at all times and respond appropriately to emergencies (you will be provided with our emergency contacts and protocols).
