We are a warm, caring family seeking an experienced nanny to help care for our 9-month-old. We value open communication, patience, and a calm, nurturing environment. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with infants and understands developmental needs at this age. Familiarity with Montessori or other early-childhood philosophies, and minimal screen time while the baby is awake!
