Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Watching the baby during work hours
- Nap times vary, but generally 3 30min-1hr naps per workday. General nap time routine (rocking, singing, etc) may be required. He generally prefers to contact nap, but we ask that the nanny be awake and alert (Quiet activities like homework, audiobooks/reading, TV are fine).
- Mom may cover some feedings throughout the day but preparing and giving bottles may be required. We ask that you wash bottles after use.
- Baby will be starting solid foods. Please follow provided instructions on feeding as they will change over time. Please clean up the high chair area after feeding.
- As he gets older, we may provide suggestions on age appropriate activities or skills he is currently working on.
- Diaper changes required.
- Clothes changes and cleanup after spit up required.
- Clean or sanitize toys as needed
- Light tidying (of baby items only) at the end of the day
- Monitor for any hazardous items within baby’s reach
Notes:
- All activities will be in home, no driving will be required except in the case of an emergency.
- Mom will be in home and is CPR certified. Please allow her to cover emergency situations.
- Privacy is important and we ask that no social media posts are made from our home or that include personal information about our baby/family/home.
- We have 1 cat who is very friendly. No care required but just a note for people with allergies or other concerns about pets.
