Urgently looking for a dependable nanny in Hoover, AL.

Looking for help with our Monday evening routine. Duties may include daycare pickup, helping serve or finish preparing dinner (usually already planned or prepped), light cleanup after kids eat, helping with bath or bedtime routine support, tidying kid play areas, and occasional kid laundry (folding or switching loads only). I am often home during this time and am a very hands-on parent, so this role is about helping evenings run smoothly and supporting our routine. Reliable transportation is required. There may be occasional opportunities for additional hours with advance notice (such as school closures, schedule changes, or date nights) if interested. Looking for someone dependable, kind, and consistent who enjoys engaging with kids through play, reading, and conversation.
