Nanny needed in Greenville, SC for occasional evenings and weekends.

Title: Part-Time Nanny Location: Greenville, SC - 29609 Schedule: Part Time: 2-3 days per week (to be discussed further in an interview) Start Date: March/Spring 2026 - Flexible Position Overview We are seeking a caring, experienced, and reliable nanny to provide attentive care for our 3-month-old little boy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infant care, a nurturing personality, and the ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for our child's growth and development. We are hoping to find someone with a nursing early childhood education degree or experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide care for a 3-month-old infant, including feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining nap schedules • Engage in age-appropriate activities to support early learning development. • Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times. • Monitor the baby's health and well-being, promptly reporting any concerns to us. • Light housekeeping related to the baby (washing bottles, baby laundry, etc.). • Communicate regularly with parents about daily routines and milestones. • Safely transport the baby to appointments or outings as needed. We both work flexible jobs and we would meet you at most, if not all, appointments. Requirements • Infant CPR and First Aid Certification (must be current). • Minimum of 1 year of experience caring for an infant. • Proven history of nanny positions or infant healthcare experience with excellent references. • Knowledge of infant development, feeding schedules/sleep routines, and growth milestones. • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile equipped to safely install a car seat. • Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. • Non-smoker; comfortable in a pet-friendly home. Preferred Qualifications • RN or Early Childhood Education experience • Experience with infant feeding and developmental play. • Ability to commit to 6+ months upon an agreed contract signing. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly rate based on experience. If we feel it's a strong fit and hours are set, we will consider salary. • Reimbursement for mileage or any job-related travel (to the park, zoo, Swamp Rabbit Trail, doctor's appointments, etc.).
