My wife and I work from home, and my mother-in-law also lives with us, so you’ll have support nearby. Responsibilities include engaging him in age-appropriate play, diaper changes, simple meal/snack prep, and light tidying after play. Ideal candidates have toddler experience, are patient, nurturing, and comfortable working in a home where parents are present. CPR/First Aid is a plus.
