Seeking a fun and engaging nanny in Clayton.

The need is support with all three kids, but especially my youngest (2), since he requires the most attention. A big part of this is helping create space for me to be more present with my older two, whether that’s taking them out (like golfing) while you’re with Atlas, or helping keep things balanced at home.

I’d also want help with light family meal prep, keeping the kids on structure, and reinforcing responsibilities, especially when I’m not around. With summer coming up, being intentional about keeping the older kids engaged (not just on electronics) is important to me.

I have 50/50 custody on a 2-2-3 schedule, so the flow of the week varies. Ideally there may also be some flexibility where my youngest could be with us at times even on their mom’s days during the day.

I try to keep things structured but not rigid, clear expectations, good communication, and a supportive environment on both sides.
