Infant (Harrison):

* Tummy time, sensory play, and motor development
* Reading, singing, and verbal interaction
* Supporting feeding and sleep routines
* Tracking developmental milestones

Toddler (Mavey):

* Imaginative play (dress-up, storytelling, role play)
* Hands-on activities (art, building, sensory bins)
* Early learning through play (letters, counting naturally—not forced)
* Encouraging independence (clean-up, choices, transitions)

We want someone who:

* Understands child development stages
* Can balance structure + creativity
* Is proactive in planning activities (not just supervising)
* Keeps children engaged, not just occupied
* Communicates well with parents

Ideal Candidate

* Background in early childhood education or similar
* Experience with both infants and toddlers
* Warm, energetic, and intuitive
* Able to create a calm but stimulating environment
