Experienced nanny needed for a family in Birmingham, AL.

Kyndal needs assistance with her morning routine. She has ADHD and oftentimes does not take her meds on the way out the door. Kyndal struggles with time management, and is easily distracted. I need help with making sure she has everything she needs for school every morning (including her glasses), eats breakfast, takes medication and vitamins, and gets her lunch that I prepare for her in the fridge. She may also need a ride to school from time to time if at all possible. Otherwise she rides with her Aunt to school everyday.
