Mainly, we need help with childcare. Husband and I want to show up and be the best parents we can be to LO but that is hard when you’re parenting 24/7. We need help lightening the load.
While it would be great if we could get help with cleaning and such, that would not be a strict requirement. The most important thing we’re looking for is a caring, honest, responsible, trustworthy individual to treat LO like their own.
I wouldn’t expect there to be a lot of driving involved as LO is too young to really go anywhere but some driving is expected (transportation to get here and in case of emergency).
Pay is commensurate with experience and references. It will not let me put a range - not everyone will get paid $114/hour. Again, pay will be negotiated depending on experience.
