We are a warm, professional family with a 3.5-month-old baby boy. We are seeking a full-time nanny who is nurturing, safety-focused, and enthusiastic about the outdoors. Our ideal candidate loves spending time outside, enjoys hiking, and is excited to incorporate fresh air and movement into daily routines.

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, loving care for our infant throughout the day.
• Follow established schedule for naps, feedings, and playtime.
• Spend ample time outdoors each day, including stroller walks, time in the yard/parks, and hikes on local trails.
• Engage baby in age-appropriate activities that encourage development (reading, tummy time, music, nature play).
• Maintain safe sleep practices and proper feeding techniques.
• Communicate with parents via text throughout the day with photos and updates.

Additional Duties
• Light tidying related to childcare (cleaning bottles, baby laundry, wiping down toys, tidying play areas).
• Meal prep for baby as he grows (purees, snacks, etc.).
• Plan and lead safe, enriching outdoor experiences (walks, hikes, nature outings).
• Support developmental milestones (rolling, sitting, crawling, etc.).
