5.Communication: Providing updates on your son's day, mood, and any concerns.
6.First aid and emergency response: Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
7.Household organization related to childcare: Managing toys, supplies, and ensuring the child's environment remains tidy and safe.
8.Flexibility: Adaptability to changing schedules or additional needs as they arise.
