It’s such an easy and flexible way for college students to make money and make connections with families in the area!
The kids are little so they still nap quite a bit of the time (baby 2.5-3 hours, toddler 1 hour) during the time the nanny is with us. General daily flow is 8am breakfast, 8:45 Arlo’s naptime and Lumi’s art,music, baking, reading time. Arlo is awake around 1030 then mom nurses. Then 11-12 outdoor time at our house or park followed by lunch at 12 and down for naps at 12:45 until nanny leaves. No expectations during 1 to 2 nap window. We try to keep a clean and organized Montessori esque household for the kids!
