Seeking an experienced and loving nanny in Alachua.

Our primary goal is to have someone that will provide good care for Rowan. He loves to interact with people. We want someone to foster that interaction and encourage him to interact with and learn about his environment. If the caregiver is a student, then we don’t mind the need to do schoolwork. However, we would prefer for any school-related work to be primarily limited to his nap times as we try to limit how much he sees people looking at screens (although, some computer work while he is awake is okay as long as he is engaged with something). We definitely try to not be on our phones much while he can see us and want the caregiver to do the same as we want him to learn to interact with his environment and people, not devices.
