About Emilse

Experienced Caregiver | Infants Through Age 6+ | Special Needs Experience. My name is Emilse M, and I bring over three years of dedicated caregiving experience, having had the privilege of caring for little ones of many ages and needs including twins, infants, school-age, and little ones with special needs. Each little one I care for is unique, and I take genuine joy in adapting to what makes them feel safe, supported, and happy. I currently work 3 hours on weekdays through CDWA, where my focus is on building a warm, safe, and engaging environment. I love planning hands-on activities and helping children through their daily routines with patience, creativity, and energy. I am currently working toward my HCA (Home Care Aide) certification, and my college background in business gives me a strong foundation in organization, responsibility, and professionalism qualities I bring to every family I work with. I am also fluent in Spanish, and I especially enjoy helping children explore a new language in a way that feels fun and natural, through play, songs, and everyday conversation.
