Paid Childcare Experience I have over six years of professional childcare and children's ministry experience working with infants, elementary-aged children, preteens, and their families. As the Elementary Coordinator at Canvas Church (2020–2023), I oversaw a children's ministry serving approximately 550 students and managed a team of 120 adult and youth volunteers. My responsibilities included developing age-appropriate programming, ensuring child safety, training volunteers, coordinating events, and supporting children with special needs. Most recently, I served as the Kids Director at Whitehall Assembly (2023–2024), where I built an entire children's ministry program from the ground up. I created curriculum, developed child safety policies and procedures, organized community events, supervised volunteers, coordinated summer camps, and provided a safe, nurturing environment where children could learn and grow. Volunteer Childcare Experience I volunteered in children's ministry at Canvas Church from 2012 to 2018, serving in a variety of roles including teaching, event planning, curriculum development, and coordinating children's activities. Additionally, I have served at summer camps for four consecutive years, mentoring and caring for children in both educational and recreational settings.
