Hi there! My name is Caroline C and I have been a childcare provider for 6 years, providing care for children aged 2-19. I have experience with developmental delays, ASD, CI tubes, etc. A little bit about my experience! -I worked under the Consumer Direct Care Network of Virginia for about three years. -From 2022-2023, I provided school pickup to 4 children & assisted in extracurricular activities. -In summer 2024, I interned at the DOJ juvenile services as part of the youth empowerment program. -From August 2024-August 2025, I provided full time nanny care for 2 children. -From June 2024-May 2025, I provided part time nanny care for 1 child. -I provided date nights for various families and weekend community outings for a teen with ASD. -Currently, I work as a foster care family specialist in the upstate region! A little bit about me! I graduated from Christopher Newport University with my BA in criminology, sociology, & political science in Spring of 2025. I am highly enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children. I strive to create an environment where they not only achieve their developmental milestones but also have opportunities to explore the "why's" of the world around them.
