About Kelly

Hi! I’m Kelly, a mom and experienced educator with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction and a background as an elementary teacher, reading interventionist, and gifted education specialist. I’m also ESL certified and have experience as a tutor, so I love finding ways to make learning fun and engaging while meeting each child where they are. I’ve cared for children for many years, including babysitting in high school and nannying for families throughout college, in addition to raising my own children. I’m easygoing, personable, and have a naturally playful and funny personality. I’ve always had a way of connecting with kids and making them feel comfortable and included. I’m also very comfortable with pets and animals. Outside of work, I love cooking, gardening, scuba diving, boating, fishing, swimming, and doing crafts. Most of all, I genuinely love children and enjoy creating a fun, safe, nurturing environment where they can be themselves, explore their interests, and have fun!
