About Faith

I have several years of experience working with children in both one-on-one and small-group settings. My primary role has been as a nanny, where I have been responsible for providing daily care, ensuring children’s safety, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. In my role, I have managed school pickups and drop-offs, transported children to extracurricular activities such as gymnastics, volleyball, cooking classes, and summer camps, and maintained structured daily routines. I have assisted with homework, encouraged positive behavior, planned engaging activities, prepared meals and snacks, and communicated regularly with parents about the children’s progress and daily needs. Working closely with children of different ages has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. I have learned to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment while balancing responsibilities, managing schedules, and responding calmly to changing situations. My experience has also helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills that allow me to effectively support both children and their families. Through this work, I have built meaningful relationships with the children in my care while fostering their independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
