About Allyandra

I have over 15 years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns through teenagers, including families with multiple children. My experience includes both babysitting and long-term nanny positions, allowing me to adapt to each family’s unique routines and parenting style. For two years, I participated in the Future Teacher Program through GCCISD, where I gained valuable experience supporting children’s educational and developmental needs. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. In addition to my childcare background, I currently work at UTMB in the Burn ICU and frequently care for pediatric patients ranging from Med-Surg to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This experience has strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and provide compassionate, high-quality care. I am also BLS (Basic Life Support) certified, giving families added peace of mind. I am passionate about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged to learn and grow.
