About Andrea

My name is Andrea, and I am a graduate of the University of Houston where I earned my degree in Psychology. I am passionate about pursuing a career as a psychologist and continuing to work in fields that support children’s development and well-being. I have been working with children for over four years and have experience at organizations such as the YMCA and Boys and Girls Club. Through these roles, I focused on helping children develop their mental, emotional, and physical skills while maintaining a structured and safe environment. I also had the opportunity to manage my own group of children, emphasizing organization, communication, and safety. I currently work in ABA therapy, where I support children in developing behavioral, social, and life skills. This role has strengthened my ability to be patient, attentive, and adaptable while working closely with children and their families. I am 24 years old and enjoy working out, making arts and crafts, and baking. I consider myself a reliable and dedicated individual who can adapt well to unexpected situations and challenges. Working with children has been a meaningful part of my life since I was 17, and growing up with three siblings has only deepened my passion for supporting and guiding young people
