About Nikki

I have over 7 years of experience working with children in both daycare and private childcare settings. Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to care for children of all ages and have learned how to adapt to each child's individual needs, personality, and developmental stage. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology while continuing my education toward my Master's degree. My background in psychology has given me a deeper understanding of children's emotions, behaviors, and development, which I bring into the way I care for and support each child. I would describe myself as patient, caring, dependable, and nurturing. I believe patience and compassion are two of the most important qualities when working with children. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and positive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves, learning, and growing. I truly enjoy building meaningful relationships with the families I work with and becoming someone they can trust to care for their children.
