About Kamila

Hi! My name is Kamila, and I’m a recent Texas Tech University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences, with a concentration in child development. I’ve been working with children in daycare settings since I was 18, so caring for and connecting with kids has been a big part of my life for several years. Through both my hands on experience and my education, I’ve learned so much about how children grow, learn, and develop. I believe kids thrive when they feel loved, supported, and encouraged to have fun while learning. I love coming up with age appropriate activities that keep children engaged, whether that’s coloring, crafts, games, reading, or simply getting creative together. My long term goal is to become a pediatric optometrist, so working with children is something I genuinely love and hope to continue throughout my career. I recently moved to Dallas and I’m excited to meet new families in the area! Outside of working with kids, I love dancing, coloring, baking, and spending time being creative. I’m caring, patient, responsible, and I always want the children I care for to feel safe, comfortable, and happy.
