About Nataja

Hello! My name is NaTaja B. I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts. I also recently completed my collegiate track and field career at Texas Christian University, where I developed strong leadership, discipline, communication, and time-management skills. I have several years of experience working with children through babysitting my cousins and nephews, as well as working with youth at a speed and athletic development camp. In these roles, I supervised activities, promoted safety, encouraged positive behavior, and helped create a fun and supportive environment for children of various ages. Additionally, I have experience as a substitute teacher, where I managed classrooms, followed lesson plans, and worked with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with children, maintain structure, and respond calmly to different situations. I am dependable, patient, caring, and passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
