Hi! My name is Tytiana, and I’m 18 years old. I recently graduated from high school and am currently enrolled in online classes at HCC. I’ve been working in childcare since I was 14 years old, and caring for children is something I genuinely love. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of different age groups from infants and toddlers to school-aged children. I’ve also worked with families who have different routines, parenting styles, and household needs, which has helped me become flexible, patient, and adaptable in any environment. I have experience with feeding, diaper changes, nap and bedtime routines, playtime, homework help, preparing simple meals and snacks, light housekeeping related to the children, and creating fun, engaging activities that encourage learning and development. My priority is always making sure children feel safe, loved, and supported while in my care. I’m a kind, caring, patient, dependable, and emotionally intelligent person who truly enjoys helping others whether that’s babysitting, organizing, cleaning, or simply making a family’s day a little easier. I understand that every child is unique, so I take the time to learn their personality, interests, and individual needs to provide the best care possible. My goal is to be someone parents can trust and children feel comfortable around. I strive to build strong relationships with every family I work with by being reliable, communicative, and attentive.
